LICENSED INDEPENDENT SOCIAL WORKER

PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST

I’m Chahdael Foreman, a licensed social worker and therapist specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health and in helping parents find steadiness and self-compassion through the ever-changing seasons of parenthood.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel deeply seen and gently supported. I know firsthand that parenthood can stir up a mix of love, fear, joy, and loss, sometimes all at once. My goal is to help you make sense of those emotions, rediscover your own strength, and move through this season feeling more grounded, connected, and whole.

As a mom of three and a survivor of both postpartum depression and lymphoma, I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate care for yourself while caring for others. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with who you are: not just as a parent or caregiver, but as a whole person.

If you’re ready to begin therapy or want to learn more about group offerings, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
